Concept first, price second.
Apps cannot be honestly packaged up front. Anyone quoting a number without a concept is guessing. So it starts with a paid sprint that produces a binding result.

Questions
What people usually ask.
Are the prices actually fixed?
For Compact and Business, yes. The scope is defined, and as long as it holds, the price does not move. If you add something along the way, I tell you what it costs before I build it. For Custom projects I quote a fixed price once the concept is done.
What is not included?
Copy and images. Content creation is not part of any package, you supply the content. If you want me to write the copy or source the images, that is billed by the hour. Also excluded: domain fees, external licences such as fonts or stock photography, and payment processing fees for shops. I list these before we start so there are no surprises.
Why does the subscription cost more over the term?
Because I pre-finance the build. You pay nothing up front and start immediately. Across 24 months that works out slightly higher than buying outright. If you can cover the investment at once, Compact plus a Care Plan is cheaper.
Can I change Care Plans?
Upgrade any time, effective the following month. Downgrade at the end of the paid period. Paying yearly gets you two months free, monthly payment runs via card or direct debit.
I already have a website. Will you maintain it?
Usually yes. I review its technical condition and tell you honestly whether maintenance is worth it or whether rebuilding costs less than patching.
